Setting up Doom 64 EX

Step 1: Choose which Operating System you have and download Doom 64 EX from Kaisers spot here: https://doom64ex.wordpress.com/downloads/

Step 2: You need to get the DOOM 64 ROM data aka the cart data. This can be found very easily but I’m not going to go over that there is also a way to rip your own N64 cartridges if you wish to do it that way.

Step 3: Click and open Wadgen which was included inside the download from Kaiser’s page. (Wadgen is short for Wad generator. What it does is take the N64 ROM data and converts it into a wad file.)

Step 4: Once you click and open Wadgen it will ask you which file you want to generate choose your Doom 64 ROM. After this you should have a DOOM64.WAD and DOOMSND.SF2 inside your Doom 64 EX folder now.
